About Me
After my cousin introduced me to weight lifting in 6th grade, I waited until it was “safe”. When I turned 13 years old, which led to football, basketball, wrestling, and eventually Freestyle Motocross. Because I wanted to be the best athlete I could be, I got certified by the NSCA to be a personal trainer and eventually obtained my CSCS for strength and conditioning specialization. While performing professionally for 15 years and reading 250+ books, I was dedicated to creating the best version of myself.
During that time of motocross, I totaled 9 concussions, 18 broken bones, and 6 operations, forcing me to re-evaluate my goals, purpose, and life. After a few break-ups, I switched from the physical hospital to 3 mental hospitals after a suicide attempt, not seeing myself as valuable if others didn’t.
Hung up on status and wealth, I felt I didn’t measure up if I wasn’t what I believed I “should” be. Throughout the process of years of depression and anxiety, dozens of medications, counseling, psychedelics and interventions, I finally realized I had to do what no one else can do - save myself.
From the physical, mental, and even spiritual turmoil, I created a process to heal and not only survive but thrive. I call it the Peak Elite Method. I combined my graduate education, certifications, books, and years of personal and professional experience into a system that can be used and implemented for myself and now for others to be successful on their path.
