Here’s what to expect if accepted into the program…

This is an intense growth journey. Not all applications are accepted. I want to make sure you willing to do what it takes to reach the outcomes you want, and if you aren’t there yet, we need to get you to grow into the person you need to become. We will use frameworks and methods that may be uncomfortable and new, but will need you to trust the process. This is a coaching/mentorship relationship built in trust and transparency. This is not merely a transactional give and take but a process over time. For this reason, I only speak with highly motivated individuals who genuinely want to take their professional and personal lives to the next level. You must be willing to be open to learning why you are in the place you are and receptive so you can sustain the results on your own independently. If accepted, I believe in you enough to make that change.
